The scam — bullet by bullet

I could go over each and every single detail, but that would take pages and page……I am just providing some very basic bullet points:

• 1. Isaac has entered into several agreements which required an up front investment.
• 2. Before each investment was sent, I was assured of when the investment would be paid back, along with the profits of each investment. Most of these were minimum investment with astronomical returns.
• 3. Over the past 6 years, none of these investments paid out, yet they were all 100% guaranteed with ZERO risk.
• 4. Essentially, every month that rolled over (and every year) came with an assurance that the investments and profits would be paid back "any day".
• 5. I received several letters that may, or may not, have been sent by an actually attorney's claiming I was being sent funds, yet never received anything.
• 6. I have well over 4000 text messages from Isaac, as well as a significant number of emails, outlining deals and promises of payments….. NOTHING ever
• 7. It got to the point that the money was coming in any day, but he needed $100 for food, or $300 for hotels and meals to travel to collect "OUR" money. There were times he had a family emergency and did not have anyone else he could count on except me to help him out by sending a few hundred bucks…. Which I always did as our funds were coming in "any day".
• 8. I stopped counting after documenting 400+ times that he texted that funds were sent, being sent or he was waiting on the wire receipt that funds were sent.
• 9. In total, Isaac was sent well over $100,000.
• 10. The total amount to be returned for those funds ( after each deal that didn't come to fruition, He doubled down and the next deal he would make up for it and promised more money ) sent was over $50,000,000. That number was then negotiated by Isaac Austin down to $30,000,00, which was negotiated to a "take it or leave it offer" of $17,000,000 which was to be received within 30 days of the offer. That was mid 2025. Every time money was sent and I enquired on the status, it was "Bro… relax, it's all good. We are getting paid……months later he would say there was a problem and the deal was dead…. BUT, he has another deal that is closing that's even better and would provide more money.
• 11. In May 2026 he was to send $1,000,000 and the remaining $16,000,000 would be sent by the end of June 2026. As of July 1, he has not sent anything.
• 12. The first week in May he shared that he received the money, it was in his account and he would send the initial $1m in 48 hours. Two days later, he told me he instructed his accountant to send the money, but the funds were in his account, that he controlled. Again, "Bro… stop stressing… it's all good…. We have the money".
• 13. A week later he shared his bank would not send out $1,000,000 at once, so he was sending $300,000 the next day, $300,000 the following day and then $300,000 on the third day and finally, $100,000 on the 4th day. The remaining $16,000,000 owed would be sent to my no later than the end of June. Again, as of 7/1 NOTHING has been sent.
• 14. A week later, the funds had not been sent, but his accountant was now sending funds from Isaac's account to an attorney, who would be sending me the initial $300,000 and continue to send on the schedule as agreed. NOTHING>
• 15. A week later, no funds had been received, he did not know why and would find out and let me know by the end of the day. That continued for 2 more weeks.
• 16. It was at this point that Isaac stopped taking my calls and refused to speak with me on the phone. And he rarely replied to text.
